Payment & Shipping
Orders
Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours by e-mail (in rare cases within 3 days). Attached to the e-mail you will find the order confirmation containing our bank details. Your order will be transacted in a timely and reliable manner.
Invoices
All invoices include German VAT (MwSt.), which is identified separately. Our German VAT (MwSt.) No. with the tax office Elmshorn is DE 811715812.
Your Address
In most cases, we dispatch the NEOLOG A-24 II via UPSin an insured parcel. Please ensure that a person authorised to sign for the watch is available at the specified address on weekdays between 9.00 and 17.00 hours. Please take extra care when you provide your postal address! Delivery personnel must be able to the shipping address provided by you. Please include any special instructions such as rear entrances, backyards or addresses that may be different from the orderer name. Avoid placing orders just before you intend to move or go on a vacation or provide a reasonable delivery date. We will have to charge you for multiple delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided with your order.
Prices
All prices include VAT (MwSt.).
Packaging and delivery charges within Germany
We do not charge for shipping within Germany.
International packaging and delivery charges
The order process contains a country list. The NeologStore delivers to the countries stated therein. The current delivery charges for completed consignments of up to 10 items are as follows:

The delivery charges for watch straps are 3 € within Europe and 5 € worldwide.
We do not sell or deliver to the United States of America.

Payment Conditions
We accept cash in advance (CAD) and cash on delivery (COD). For international non-Euro payments we are happy to accept payment through the PayPal service. Please let us know your preferred payment method when placing your order. The following conditions apply:
Cash in Advance (CAD)
The invoice amount incl. delivery charges is be transferred within 3 weeks. If the Cash in Advance payment method is selected, the contract is subject to the resolutive condition that the due payment amount is credited to our account within 3 weeks of the order confirmation. Should your payment fail to reach within that period, the contract will become invalid. Once the payment has been received, we will ship your order within 3 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD parcels are paid directly to the UPS personnel upon delivery. Unfortunately, this payment method incurs additional charges. For deliveries within Germany we charge 6.00 EUR for COD parcels. For deliveries to states of the European Union outside Germany we will charge an additional 14.-- EUR for COD parcels.
Delivery Time
Within Germany approx. 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Within the European Union approx.1-5 working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to Switzerland or Norway: approx. 7-10 days.
Worldwide delivery time: Upon request.
