Does the NEOLOG A-24 II also come as a women's watch?
The NEOLOG A-24 II is the first and only wrist watch with neolog display. It can be worn by men and women. If it suits you, then is not a question of sex but rather of type and taste.

Will there be any other models?
Yes. If you inscribe to our newsletter, you will be personally informed.

Where can I find the bank details?
In the order confirmations that will be mailed to you as an attachment once your order has been received.

How long is the strap?
It fits wrists between 15 and 22 cm.

Can I order a different watch strap?
We only supply the NEOLOG A-24 II with the original strap made from black silicone. However, you can exchange this for a standard strap at a specialist dealer. But would you really want to?

Can I return the NEOLOG?
You can return the NEOLOG within 14 days of receipt without specifying a reason. For further details, please refer to our general terms and conditions under 3. 'Returns and cancellation policy'.

How long does the battery last and where can I have it changed?
The CR2025 type lithium battery lasts a minimum of 12 months. This is a standard battery and can be changed at a specialist outlet - please do not change the battery yourself!

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch the watch as soon as we have received payment or as soon as the order has been placed for cash on delivery orders. If the product has sold out, we will inform you of the new delivery time.

Can I pay by credit card or pay on receipt of invoice?
We have opted for money transfer and cash on delivery as our payment methods with good reason. To ensure fairness, we are unable to make any exceptions.
